Helen Opie’s paintings celebrate maritime scenery including the French Shore, the South Shore, and the Annapolis Valley.  

During our photo session together Helen reflected on a time as a child when she was told that she had “no creativity or sense of humour”.   There is no doubt that she has gone on to prove exactly the opposite to be true!
